Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed Monday through Saturday, Indian Standard Time (IST), are processed on the same or following business day.

Products available in our warehouse are dispatched within 2 business days of order placement. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If a product is unavailable or dispatch is delayed, our support team will contact you with an update.

Delivery Timeline

Our estimated delivery timeline is 4–9 days from the date of order placement, depending on your delivery location.

We aim to deliver within this period. Occasionally, courier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
